As early as 1954 the Italian car was more expensive than the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (W198) with its distinctive gull-wing doors. Built by the famous Carrozzeria Touring and shipped to the USA, the Super Sprint enjoyed the sunny life on the West Coast. His complete history is known – and shows that it has been fully restored. The victory at the Palo Alto Concours d´Elegance and other participations at Concours competitions in the USA, witness its uniqueness. But it is also its rareness which adds real value to this car model. Thanks to the stronger motorization of the Super Sprint and the 5-speed manual transmission, formerly standard for this model, it is a predestined athlete and already awaiting his next Classic Car Rally.
